Luxe battery is draining quickly

Hi, can anyone help with this? I have an android phone app. I have restarted my Luxe as instructed but it made no difference. It is not lasting even 12 hours charge when before update a couple of weeks ago it would stay charged for a week. Help?

How old is it?  Mine had this issue right out of the gate and I exchanged it at the retail store where I purchased it within the exchange window.  My new copy is **much** better, lasts 4-5 days even with the features all turned on.
