My fitbit loses its charge too quick, it goes from 100% to 0% in 1.5 hours, it used to last 5 days

mine started doing that- does it have something to do with the google take over? maybe a glitch? very frustrating. might as well get an Apple watch if you have to charge it daily.!

@Jacaco How old is your Luxe? Batteries do degrade over time. Have you tried a factory reset?

I have the same problem but mine is 3 years old. Not sure if the battery can be replaced. Have asked customer care but they aren’t replying.

hve you noticed it is very difficult to get customer care? they want you to go to the community, why are they helping. Mine is about 1.5 years old- the battery runs down quick, yet when i put it on the charger is jumps from 2% to 70% in about 20 minutes. The fitbit device does not seem to match with the app most of the time and I am paying premium. do you think it got worse now that google is involved?

My watch is brand new only purchased a week ago, and was charged to 100% 3 hours ago, now at 30%. I got this so i didnt have to worry about charging so often.
