Luxe battery is draining too quickly

Why do I have to charge my Luxe daily.

I have everything turned off that could be draining it, but that does not help.

Thank you for your help.

Hi there, @huskggie. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out.

In addition to the steps you've tried so far, please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. Additionally, try to change your clock face to a one developed by Fitbit and monitor your Luxe's battery for the next couple of days to see if the issue persists.

I am pretty sure it is not one of these things, out of our three luxes in family all of them have this problem, even after hard reset, clocks were always default, notifications off and so on. Battery reading is simply incorrect. With each reset Luxe is showing different battery level, I once even had my battery reading go up after I tried a reset (it went from 70 to 86%). And it can go from 40% to 0% in an hour then you switch it to a charging cable and it has magically 90% of capacity. There is some problem with battery capacity reading and what I fear the most that our batteries are now not charged correctly and are being damaged in all luxe devices. I think that Fitbit should put some priority to fix this, because now Luxe usage is completel unreliable. I cannot rely on my morning alarms, I am loosing stats and I am thinking to return all my Luxes to the shop for reclamation.

Ever since the firmware update last month they all have been borked in this way. Mine uses 30% of a full battery when I'm sleeping now! I can not last 2 days without a charge, and my tracker crashes when i'm tracking a run or walk. Super obnoxious

I charged mine on Saturday from 10am until 1pm - full charge. I have all settings to low power. Yesterday (Sunday) I went to sleep with 53%, when I woke up my Luxe was dead. I plugged it in charger it magically showed 57%, so I removed it from charging and put it on my hand, as I went to work my Luxe died again and now it is charging again. It is basically unusable for me in this mode and I have really tried everything to remedy the problem. I fear that its battery is already dead and the Luxe is only one year old.

I went from not having to charge for 3 + days to holding a charge for just 1 day and now won’t charge at all.  What happened?

Thanks. I'm glad I'm not going nuts. My Versa would last four to five
days.
