Luxe battery is draining too quickly

My battery is running out so fast! It is not even lasting 24 hours before the luxe dies. I've turned off everything I can, restarted the luxe and checked everything is updated but still nothing helps?!

To better assist you, please confirm that you've tried the following:

  2. Check to see if you’re using high battery use features. For more information please visit Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
  3. Let’s try a 3 press restart with your charging cable. For more information please see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Hi,

Like I said, I have tried all of those things and the battery is still draining. What else can I do? Its disappointing how bad the battery is and I will be looking at returning for a refund if I cannot sort it.
