Hi there, @GrannyB_12. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe.

If you haven't done so yet, please try the following:

  1. Confirm your Luxe has the latest firmware version. For more information please visit How do I update my Fitbit device? and What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update?
  2. Check to see if you’re using high battery use features. For more information please visit Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
  3. Let’s try a 3 press restart with your charging cable. For more information please see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

I am having the same issue with my Luxe. Two years old. Have implemented all of the suggestions. Restart; clean contacts; turn off 'always open' app; etc.  This is my second Fitbit product in 4 years.  Becoming quite frustrated. I wear my Fitbit continuously. Shouldn't it have more than a 2-year life expectancy?

I have the same issue. My Fitbit Luxe is also just over 2years. Battery started draining very fast since September. Two days tops. It falls out at 56%. And I did all of the suggestions above. Nothing helps. Is the battery life only good for two years? Seems like a very short battery life to me.

I am also having the same issue, my fitbit is almost 2 years old. It is really frustrating it will die with 55% power in the middle of my workouts. This is my 3rd or 4th fitbit in several years, may need to look into other options...
