Hello,
I recently purchased and set up my new Fitbit Luxe (21/01/2024). The first few days the battery lasted over night, but now the battery drains very quickly and has drained 20% an hour after charging to 100%.
I have retarted the device via the device itself and the charging cable, and my firmware version is version 194.91 which appears to be the most recent version.
My always on display is NOT on, and i have turned off heart rate monitor and other apps in the background and it is still draining. My display is also on the dimmest level.
Any advice before i return, as it appears to be faulty.
Thanks
Rhi

@rhilea I would try a factory reset of the device and if your battery is still draining, then I'd assume it is faulty and return it while you still can. Follow the below steps to reset your device to factory settings:
1. Swipe down from the clock screen to find the Settings app .
2. Open the Settings app > Device Info > Clear User Data.
3. Swipe up, then press Hold 3 Sec for 3 seconds and release.
4. When you see the Fitbit logo and Luxe vibrates, your data is erased.
