Luxe battery is draining too quickly

Very bad product. Battery lasts only for a day.

I've seen you contacted our Support Team just right after posting here and they've already assisted you. If you have any questions regarding the outcome of your case, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team again. Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly.

I contacted your service team before posting this as they said they can't
fix it nor replace it as it is out of warranty. So you agree that your
product life is only one year.

My post was after talking to your customer service and they have closed the case by stating it can't be repaired. As it is out of warranty (18 months old) they can't replace also. So I presume your product life is only one year. Very bad product and I regret buying it.
