Is anyone else struggling with luxe since the latest update ? I don’t get a warning anymore my luxe is low in charge and I can’t get a full charge it seems to take forever now and runs out of charge extremely quick - it’s quite frustrating?

Fitbit updated again late last week. Changed watch face, and has now cut battery life to possibly 3 hrs at most, says 100% charged on watch 85% in app, drops to 56% in 3-5 hrs and dies. Got the watch in June of 23. Issue started after Sept. 2023 update and with each update since battery life is altered. Fitbit help denies issue exists. Complaints verify the issue is real. Fitbit claims battery/watch life is 5 years.

The only Luxe since Jan 2024 available anywhere is the $199 Luxe with the crummy, cheap over priced metal watchband. None with a plastic band that sold for $129 even in Amazon. Obviously phasing them out?

:prohibited: and not listening to customer call complaints since late 2023.

I didn't know there was another update, but I suspected so when my Luxe started to struggle more (but the app didn't show there was an update available?)
Yesterday mine was at 51% at 4pm, and then at 6pm it shut itself off. I put it on to charge, it said it was at 60%, so I left it on to charge until 9pm when it said it was 32%? It was that percentage at 5am, too. I put it on to charge at work and it said 66% and is now nearly 80%.
I'm already shopping around for a non-FitBit smartwatch. I'm over dropping money on a yearly basis for a product they aren't supporting.

*sigh* Seems to be no fix. Newest issue is each time I hit 20K steps, my Luxe vibrates incessantly and then turns off! 🤦:female_sign: When I plug it in, the charge has been 60+% ... grrrr ☹️

Mine is now in 36 minutes slow. Will not update to the correct time. Features that I have turned off turn back on on their own. I have no control of turning anything off. Seems to be quite obvious Fitbit is no longer supporting the Luxe, but they're trying to continue to sell their most expensive Luxe with the crazy chain watch band no one seems to want.

That's ridiculous... it doesn't even work as a simple watch! Grrrr

It’s amazing that google cannot rectify the app to resolve this. Or are they unwilling to? There are hundreds if not thousands of complaints of this battery issue out there over different models. Not just Luxe

I have the exact same issue since the update. This is definitely not a coincidence and is the second Fitbit this has happened to once it’s just out of warranty. These devices should last more than two years. I was told I’d have to purchase a new one 🙄

I’ve also noticed they’ve taken the luxe manual link off of the manual/help page.
