I’ve had a Fitbit for 8 years. My current Luxe was purchased in March 2022. Recently (since applying software update) my Luxe charging has been hugely erratic. I used to charge in the morning and generally 20mins charged my Luxe to somewhere between 80 and 90%. Now every time I connect it to charge I get a different percentage. Today for example I got low battery warning. Plugged it in it showed 45%. Went to check it, it showed 35%! Connected again and waited 30 minutes. Got critical error 6%. Disconnected / connected it showed 87%. Changed clock face and restarted showed 43%.
This is not an isolated problem. It has happened on other days since updating to latest software.
it has also gone completely dark, twice now in 7 days. Only comes back to life when plugged into charger. Each time the battery showed over 50% charge.
I’ve cleaned the contacts and checked the charger and cable.
