Hi!
I don’t sync my watch with my phone for call or message alerts. I just use it for exercise and as a watch. I bought it after about seven years with the Fitbit Alta, which worked great.. The Luxe has been a big disappointment. The battery started failing after two and a half years. Is there a way to repair it? Does the Fitbit Inspire have a longer lifespan?

Hello @Baguadule! Welcome to our community forums!
I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is running out of power faster than expected.
Please restart your Luxe and charge your Fitbit to 100%, preferably connected to a computer, and use it as you normally do to check if the battery lasts longer.

Best AnswerHello, no I don't use the GPS, I just connect my watch to sync with my phone once or twice a day, no call or message alert . Now I have to charge it like several times a day to be sure it last through the day... is there a way to send it somewhere to be fixed?
