Luxe battery level on phone app different that level on device. Not updating when syncing

The luxe battery level on my phone app states 51%, however on the device it states 15% and I got an email that the battery is low.  I rarely check my emails or the device for the battery level, but I look at it everyday when I check my phone.  I’d like my phone app to sync.

@SunsetRunner   I suspect you are an iPhone user.  This is a known bug with the iOS app.  You can get the correct battery charge by force quitting the app, then re-opening it.  I know that the Luxe font is very small and it is hard to read the battery level on the screen.  You will need to force quit/re-open daily, or more often, to follow your battery charge on the app.

Thank you for the information. It’s disappointing as I like my Luxe and hoped it could handle such a basic thing as work with an IPhone - oh well. I appreciate your advice. Aloha
