My Luxe is barely 2 years old but i’ve been having issues with the battery. After charging it 100% it goes down to 80% in a few hours. If it buzzes when i hit 10,000 steps, it completely shuts down and the steps revert to 9000 steps and it won’t record 10,000 at all. I’ve done everything. I’ve tried restarting it, even factory reset but nothing works. Help!!

Hi there @2Seok! Welcome to the Fitbit Community!
Thank you for sharing with us the situation you're having with your Luxes battery life and for your efforts.
Please try to follow for a couple of days all tips described in this article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life? There are some settings and options which could lead to battery short life such as "Always on Display mode", the brightness, GPS, receiving notifications, etc.
You could also try to set up your device as new again: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

I tried factory setting my Fitbit and it hasn’t helped. I also turned off all notifications so that it won’t buzz at all. Anytime there’s a buzz, it completely dies. Even when the battery is over 70%. So I can’t turn on exercise mode anymore since that gives off a short buzz. When I hit 10,000 steps, it buzzes and dies and my steps don’t reflect 10,000. I don’t know if it’s a battery issue or a software issue. I tried everything suggested in the forum and nothing had helped. This luxe is barely 2 years old.
