Hi. My Luxe doesn't ever get to 100% charged. It goes as far as 99%, then just stays there. Right now, it's been at 99% for 45 minutes. Is this normal? Thank you in advance for any information you can provide.

Thank you. I have tried most of those things with no success. It gets to 99% very quickly but then seems to "stagnate". Last night, it finally got to 100% after being at 99% for almost an hour!

So this is normal, I guess. It just seems so strange that it goes to 99% so quickly and then to 100% so slooooowwwwwly!

Charging your Fitbit Luxe to 100% may take 1-2 hours. I'm glad to hear that it finally got to 100%.
