When will the Luxe battery drainage issue be resolved? I used my Luxe for the first time today, charged it to 100% and it drained to zero in less than 6 hours with only a handful of notifications, etc. I have the most recent version of the Fitbit app, so please do not tell me to update. I would like an update on when Fitbit anticipates this issue will be resolved so that if it will not be resolved shortly, I can return my device in the 45 day window.

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.
If your phone is included in the list above, please sync your Luxe and then uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app. Once you've done this, test your Luxe's battery life to see if it has improved.

Do you lose Data if you sync, uninstall and then reinstall Fitbit luxe ?( eg solution for battery drain)
