My Luxe battery has completely drained each of the last 4 days. I’m missing out on data every day. I plug it in. Push the power button on the charger, and fully charge it. I’ve updated my iPhone app. But it still completely dies each day. I’m most upset about not having any sleep data for all of those days, and only a partial day of steps, heart rate, mood, etc. Do I need to replace it? Or is it an issue with the latest update?

Hi, @JHMM , welcome to the community, battery drain, of course, depends on what you are doing with your "Luxe" FYG I find I use about 25% of the charge with regular daily activity plus a 90-minute swim and an hours walk. You report you fully charge the device, I assume you see the 100% value for the battery on the device (you do not need to press the button on the charging cable to do this - see page 40 of the manual - you may be restarting your device)
