I have the original Inspire HR. Hopefully honesty is allowed, I hate it. I went from the Alta, missed my chance to get the Alta HR, so I bought the inspire. It has let me down in so many ways. It's glitchy. The band has looked worn just a couple of months into ownership. You can't customize your apps. I'm sure other Inspire owners can relate. I've stuck around with FitBit as a brand since the Flex. I had nothing but great experiences until the Inspire HR. So, be honest with me Luxe users, is it great?

@Odyssey13 Thank you. I'll admit I'm not up to date with Fitbit news. I still use my inspire, but I don't use the app or check in to the community for well over a year. I saw heavy mothers day marketing for this new item so I assumed it was out.

My favorite was the One but Fitbit discontinued it so I ended up with the Alta hr. It was ok but I'm a mail lady. I use both of my arms like crazy to drive and put mail out so I can't get accurate step counts wearing my tracker on my wrist. The clip is what appeals to me. I ended up liking my Alta hr but when it broke I got the inspire 2. I hate it. So much, in fact, that I got the charge 4. I hate that too. I ordered clips for both the inspire 2 and the charge 4 on Amazon but I just feel like they were both a waste since I can't wear them properly except while I'm sleeping or exercising. I miss my Fitbit One... I am curious about the Luxe though.

Hello @Lexie217 and welcome to the Help forum. I think you will have the same experience with over counting steps with the Luxe as any other wrist worn Fitbit. I think it is the nature of your job. I don't know what the collective "brilliant minds" of Fitbit were thinking when they discontinued the One. To me, it has always been a mistake.
