Luxe black screen

Hello, My Fitbit luxe watch I have owned for about 3 years now has become unresponsive The screen is black and no matter how much I tap on it it is unresponsive I have tried hard resetting it with the charger and pressing the button three times fast and it vibrates and shows the Fitbit logo but then the screen shuts off and my watch says it has a software update so then when I try to start the update it shows that it is installing but then on the watch face of the screen all the sudden the screen gets really bright and then shuts down and the app says there was an issue and to try again. It seemed to work just fine the night previous before I fell asleep I dropped it a few times but it never really sufficiently got damaged but I am now realizing My watch screen is not secure in the watch anymore Is it replaceable? Thank you

Hi there, @kayleekwitowski. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Luxe is still blank. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
  2. Tap your Fitbit device image. 
  3. Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now.

If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
