Luxe bracelet band disconnects from Fitbit

Does anyone else have the problem of the Luxe bracelet disconnecting from the Fitbit.  I have had two now that are doing this.  When if falls of I don’t feel it and the last time if fell off I now cannot find it.

The disengagement of the bracelet from the pebble is most unfortunate, you do not mention which bracelet you were using. Same issue and its not a month old.  The stainless steel gold link band.  Disconnects constantly.  Lost it for a week and found it in my car.  I have called 3 times and they truly don't understand and don't help which is not usual for customer service.  I very disappointed and will be going higher up as well as switching .  My first Fitbit came from Oscars when they were launching and gave them out to the celebs.  I still have it and it is still going strong.  Like everything else the quality and customer service fades and the name rises....

If you are still having a problem I recommend that you contact "Customer Support" again using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response. Before you make the call it will be a good move to make notes of the steps & checks you have made, photos of the problem will also help.

Thanks.... but unfortunately I have done all of the above... phone x2 chat x2 case numbers photos... I'm just done.  Always a completely different response.  Thanks again anyway...
