My watch works perfectly fine but one of the latches will not hold the band. I hear the band click in to place but after a minute or two of wear, the band snaps off. Warranty has expired. Is this an issue that can be mailed-in for repair?

Hi @pbp1973 I never had this happen to my Luxe and it's not an issue - nothing on the forums. There are no repairs for these devices. Out of warranty solution is to get a protective cover band from Amazon or whoever sells them. Click to see the band. It encompasses the pebble portion and allows you to continue to use it, even with the broken latch.
