At 9:30 a.m. (Central time on Fitbit) I started walking to get my hourly steps. & less than 10 minutes later while retrieving my newspaper the time registered 8:38......... Checked my computer Dashboard & saw I was on Mountain time????? Correct date & slleep time showing........... As I'm typing this at 9:29 it is really 10:29. About to manually change time zone.

It is 2/8/22 and my fitbit Luxe again automatically went from Central to Mountain time (no travel by me). My Dashboard shows Mountain time and I did not change it, I have restarted my Luxe and that did not fix the issue. I will again correct my dashboard and I guess just wait to see if it lasts more than a week this time.

Just to keep you up to date on my issue.....Yesterday I followed your suggestion & setup as a replacement device. The fitbit time (central) was correct when I got up on 2/9/2022. At 1:46 p.m. my fitbit registered 12:46 p.m. I showed this to my friend who bought her Luxe the same time I purchased mine & verified hers was on the correct time. As I sat down to report this to you it had changed back from mountain time to central without my correcting my settings. Obviously we are not solving the problem.
