I bought my luxe not even a month ago, and the heart rate monitoring worked fine for about two weeks. Since then it almost constantly loses signal and I just get the two dashes, because of this it never tracks my sleep properly. I’ve tried basically everything I can find online like cleaning it, making sure its charged, changing where it is on my arm. I have quite a few tattoos on both arms and I read that can affect it but I feel it shouldn’t affect it THAT badly for how expensive these devices are.. also the spot I wear it has bare skin too so. I read online somewhere that changing the settings online rather than in the watch itself to “auto” for heart rate can help but for some reason in my settings online there isn’t even an option for that. I am getting sooo discouraged and just want it to work properly, anyone have any other tips or did I just get a faulty watch…

The heart-rate sensor can be turned off or on from the Luxe only. For instructions on how to navigate your Tracker, please visit this article.
There are some factors that can affect your heart-rate reading on your Fitbit device. If you haven't done so, please follow these tips to resolve heart-rate tracking issues.
To resolve issues with sleep stages, I would recommend visiting this article, open the menu "Why don't I see sleep stages today?" and follow the instructions.

I have tried every single thing mentioned above so I guess now my next step is to just reach out to fitbit for a new one..
