Luxe crashing and losing data

I had a problem when I first got my Luxe last year when it kept crashing and restarting. Then it seemed to have been solved but in the last few days I have three times lost chunks of my cycle rides, presumably while it restarts, and yesterday I saw it power off and restart when I wasn't doing anything in particular. Has there been some update that has made it unstable? Is this also the cause of the lost sleep tracking data that others are reporting?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Luxe. Thank you for the information provided.

 

There hasn't been any firmware update for this device lately. I would recommend restarting your Tracker by following the two different ways stated in this article.
