Luxe didn't sync my data

Yesterday, I went for a long run and then went to the gym. I woke up this morning to check my stats and sleep score, but the app only recorded a couple hundred steps, despite me wearingt decice properly the whole day. I received notifications of meeting my step goals, but according to my dashboard (both online and through the app), it was not recorded. I’ve tried restarting my FitBit, deleting and redownloading the app, and force quitting. Any reasons this may be happening? What should I do to fix this?

Hi there, @emilyyyh. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your data is still not showing up. I understand where your concern is coming from, I will do my best to help you with this!

While reading your post, I was wondering if your Luxe was syncing smoothly for the past couple of days? When was the last time your Luxe synced prior to yesterday when this incident happened?

If you found out to have syncing difficulties, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Also, please keep in mind that if you stopped wearing/syncing your Fitbit device for a while (I'd say more than 7 days or so),  please note that it's an expected behavior as you should've logged in to sync your Fitbit device before wearing it again. Going a bit deeper into this, note that most Fitbit devices store up to 7 days of detailed minute-by-minute data. If you wait longer than 7 days before syncing, you may only see the most recent week's detailed data. Summary data (calories, distance, steps, and floors) will be stored for 30 days. Nevertheless, if your Fitbit device was unpaired from your Fitbit account during this period of time, neither the 7 days can be recovered or restored.

However, if you remember the exact amount of steps or the name of the activity you performed, you can try manually logging the activity. For more information, see How do I manually log exercises in the Fitbit app?

Thanks for your help. I last synched my FitBit on Saturday. I charged the device on Sunday, and wore it all-day Monday and overnight to track my sleep. I suppose there might have been an issue synching Monday’s activity. I have not had this problem in the past.

Do you know if there is any way to access the unsynched data from the last 7 days?
