After completing a water aerobics class, calories burned show up as 0. Is there a remedy for this?

Hi there, @Carol39. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe didn't track your calories burned for your water aerobics class. I'll help you with this and see what could've happened.
To better assist you, may I know how you tracked this activity? Did you select an exercise from the exercise app on your Luxe? Did you use SmartTrack? Is this the first time you experience this issue?
In the meantime, please note that if you remember the exact amount of steps or the name of the activity you performed, you can try manually logging the activity. For more information, see How do I manually log exercises in the Fitbit app?
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Before the app switched to Google, water aerobics was available in my list of favorites. Now when I record it manually, showing time started, and number of minutes calories appear as 0. My watch does not show it as a day of exercise even though the phone app does. The number of steps taken in the pool while exercising shows up.
