Luxe didn't track my sleep last night and notifications are not coming through either

For some reason it hasn’t recorded my sleep last night? Any ideas? Also, some messages I got yesterday didn’t come through on notifications but others did. It’s been fine up until I updated the firmware but this could be a coincidence

@Suzie1time1 Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and for the details provided in your post about the issues with your Luxe.

I'd suggest to restart your Luxe is you have just updated it. I do this every time I update any of my Fitbit devices as well as with my other electronic devices such as cel, computer, tv, etc.

Regarding your sleep data, I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

For more information, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?

About the notifications, may I know if you're receiving third-party text notifications but not iMessages? If that is the case, try toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always".
