Luxe display and sleep tracking issues

My Fitbit does not react when I touch the screen. It’s always getting stuck. I tried to start my walk but couldn’t get it to stay on long enough to start it. Very disappointed with this.

Update: It also doesn’t track my sleep correctly even if I restart it. This was one of my top reasons for purchasing.

Hi there, @ReneHolck. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot your Luxe before reaching out.

Regarding the scree, please restart your Luxe once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

As for the sleep data, I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

For more information, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?

Hope this helps.

Regarding sleep mode, had my luxe for Christmas. First few days sleep mode worked great, recorded rem deep on both graphs. Then last week doesn't pick up any activity or just for an HR. If I use begin sleep mode says server failed or I just get basic readout no graphs and I have to adjust sleeping end time. How do I get it back to working and showing graphs, detecting automatically I'm asleep? I wear on dominant hand and chosen that option. Help pls!!
