My luxe is just over 12 months old. Recently it has stopped switching between the different screens so I can only see the clock face time and date. Can not see any steps or health information or put the water lock on when I swim. I have rebooted via the charging cable and several people have tapped it to ensure water lock is not on. All data is visible on app and sync function usually works. Battery drains faster than it used to. Any suggestions to sort watch face problems would be gratefully received.

Hi there, @dklnr. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and the time you took in order to solve this issue. I will do my best to help you!
As a first approach, please check if your Luxe is on "Always-On" as this feature will only show you the time on the main screen all the time, unless you press the button of your watch to see other features and stats. If Always-On is enabled, to exit this mode, turn your wrist toward you, press the button, or double-tap the display. For more information, see How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?
Regarding the battery draining, I'd recommend taking a look at the tips recommended in this help article Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
@ThatOneStarBall Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear you also experienced this issue once. Is everything working fine with your Fitbit device?
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Yeah, I’ve had mine for 2 years. If this issue came back, I’d be going to Fitbit to get it working
