Luxe displays is flickering

After only having my Luxe for a week the display started flickering or gets color horizontal lines. I tried restarting and it worked fine for about two hours and started flickering again. I have seen various users stating the same problem but have not seen any solutions.  Is this happening to all Luxe, should I return it?  I am very disappointed. Thanks

The same happened to me after four months.  No amount of restarting/resetting works.  I had good help from one of the forum administrators who gave me the contact details of customer support via twitter (you don't have to have a twitter account). It was the only way I obtained a response.  As I had owned mine for more than 45 days I was only entitled to a half refund or a replacement, which turned out to be "refurbished" when it arrived.  My advice is to return it and make a decision about whether you want a new one or your money back before the 45 days expires so you can get a different Fitbit.

 

I was copied into an email from someone else today who had received a 'refurbished' replacement.

I just replied to Wandamaria about this subject.  The same applies.  There is a fundamental problem with the Luxe and it is time it was recalled.  It's such a shame as it is a beautiful thing, it just isn't fit for purpose.

Oh, they are sending me a replacement, but perhaps o should have taken the offer of 50% off a different model?
