Good evening, I have recently purchased a Luxe Fitbit Device this past week, it works quite well however what I have noticed is that it’s unable to show me my sleep stages.
When I take a look it states “Why did I get simplified sleep details” because the Fitbit couldn’t get a consistent heart rate
However when I looked at my heart rate, it has been consistently tracking it even when I’m sleeping so I’m not sure why I’m getting this issue.
I do charge it before I go to sleep aswell so I’m not why I’m getting this problem.

@JennyRenny1958 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for reaching out.
The following conditions can prevent the recording of sleep stages:
- You record your sleep using the app instead of the tracker's automatic sleep detection.
- The tracker's battery is almost empty when you go to bed (below 25%). This prevents a regular recording of the heart rate.
- You use the metal bracelet while sleeping
- You sleep less than 3 hours.
- The bracelet is too loose or too tight on the wrist. You should be able to put your index finger between the bracelet and your arm without much resistance so that your pulse is recorded regularly and the sleep phases can be recognized.
