My luxe doesn’t tell me when I get a text, phone call or notifies me every hour when I need to exercise. All notifications are on

I have the same problem, and the two solutions proposed by Edson Fitbit don't work (Sleep Mode and Do Not Disturb (DND) are turned off on my Luxe).
