Hi all, I bought a new luxe Fitbit yesterday so I can track my overall body conditions, especially on my sleeping quality. But after I woke up today, the app just showed a brief record on how I sleep, I can’t see any sleep scores or am I having deep or light sleep.
I tried to restart my Fitbit, deleting and downloading the app back, but still the same. I’m sure the app is most updated, just wondering why mines is quite different from others.

As of today, I have just bought LUXE for two weeks, and only three days of which I can see my sleep score.
Because there were other users who had the same problem before, but they only got the official answer from the standard, which did not really solve the problem. The administrator wanted me to call the customer service staff, but English is not my native language and I can’t fully express it, so I didn’t call .
I would like to know how many people have the same problem, because this feature is one of the main reasons I bought him.

Hi there, @loklcw. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the inconvenience with your Luxe before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.
Sleep stages are based on heart rate data. Since you both just got the Fitbit Luxe, give the heart rate a few days to settle down. It does some calculations, looking at heart rate throughout the day and while you are sleeping, so it might just not have enough data to give a reasonable value yet.
For more information, see the following help articles
@LST1937 Thanks for stopping by and for the details provided in your post. I understand how you must be feeling.
Keep in mind that you must see sleep stages in order to see your sleep score information. Please swipe left on the Sleep Score graph, here you can see information about your weekly sleep average and sleep duration. To get more detailed information, see What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?
With that in mind, I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:

Thanks for reply. But the content of each reply is the same format.
It didn't help us much.
First , I have worn it for two weeks, so does LUXE have not enough time to collect my data?
Second, I said that I can see sleep scores on three days in two weeks, so I know how to read the scores.
Third, within two weeks of wearing, I kept trying to tighten or loosen the strap to try to improve the sensitivity, but it didn't work.
To put it simply, I have tried the method you provided many times and it didn't work.
I would like to ask if there is any room for improvement on the product so that users can use it more easily and easily.
Thank you!!

i have the same exact problem as you, I could have wrote this myself. Sleepscore is one of my main interest. I will have no need to pay for the subscribed fee once my 6 month free trial is up if this does not get fixed. 😞
