Luxe green lights at night waking me up

On my Luxe, at night, I have Sleep Mode turned ON.  I have screen wake set to manual. When I move my arm at all at night, the green light underneath flashes waaaay too bright.  And sometimes it seems that the screen turns on as well. What’s up with this?  Am I missing some other obscure setting?? TIA

@BJ-L If you're seeing the green light then maybe you're wearing it too loose? If you turn off the heart rate monitor then you can't get the detailed sleep data. But if the light is bothering you that much then you do have the option to turn off the heart rate monitor in the settings. 

If sleep mode is on then the screen shouldn't be waking you up. I would double or triple check before bed that it is indeed turned on.

Thanks, Heather.  I thought perhaps, from reading more after I posted, that might be the case - wearing it too loose at night. But I don't like wearing it at night anyway. That being said, I am interested in at least a monthly of sleep data so I'll put up with it a little longer. I probably won't wear it at night after that.  I've never liked sleeping with any jewelry on and this is especially bothersome.  Thanks for the reply.
