I'm only getting a black screen with lines, feeling it vibrating and getting messages and such but can't see anything. I purchased this Christmas, it did not fall nor any damages was done to it. Help please...

Hi, my wife's Fitbit Luxe was having this issue today (January 28, 2023) and she was also unable to get it to reboot via this method. She said this happened once before and she was able to reboot it.
I tried as well and it did not work. However, I left it on the charger for about ten minutes and then tried again. No luck.
I tried several times and finally I just tapped the button on the charger 5 times a little faster than once per second.
It then vibrated and powered on. The power is at 6%, so I think it was just "beyond dead" in the battery and wouldn't reboot until charged a bit.
