Luxe has developed horizontal lines across the screen

I’ve had my Luxe for 4 weeks and the display is either green horizontal lines or just totally black.  I have tried the reset numerous times and it doesn’t reset. How do I get this to reset and restart?

Hi there, @KellyMH225. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out.

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

If the above doesn't work, please follow @NellyG's advice.

Hi @KellyMH225 As the restarts you have done haven't fixed the issue, contact Fitbit Support  Ho0efullybthey will be able to help you.
