Luxe has developed horizontal lines on the screen

  • My screen has developed horizontal lines no matter what page i go to. I have restarted the watch 3 times using the button on the charger and i have changed the clock face. Nothing has worked. Please help

Hi, @JoannaGrimer , if you have tried the restart and have changed your clock face, and your issue is still not resolved, then it is time to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com .  They will take it from there.
