The luxe was an exciting addition, but it has many many problems:

1) the battery life seems to last 3 days at best

2) the vibrating alarm frequently does not work always use your phone as back up

3) I bought this excited about swimming data- the calorie burn is very off from

other trackers I have used

4) text and call notifications disconnect all the time

i am up to date on the latest software (phone and Fitbit) this device needs a lot of work and is not reliable

Hi @Josh82jj,

1.) The battery life is affected by how many alarms and notifications you have set on your device.  I have none on my device and the battery lasts about a week.

2.) In order for the call notifications to work, your Fitbit app has to be running in the background.

I can't speak to the other two points as I never use the swim data and I don't have any alarms set on my device.

I disagree about the battery life. I've had mine since June and battery life is at the most 3 days. I have no alarms or notifications set. However, I do frequently refer to the display. Also, when the low battery warning comes up I only get a couple hours to respond. This means that it usually dies at night and my night-time info is not captured. My previous device was the Charge 3 and I changed because of the nicer display and smaller footprint and narrower band. I am very disappointed with the product compared to the Charge.
