Luxe heart rate and alert issues

So after a long road with the luxe and one replacement, I’ve decided to ditch it for another product. On both the heart rate monitor ceased to work above 150 beats per minute, half counting above 146 bpm and making me look sluggish on my most active days. On the second, I ceased to get any sort of vibration alert for steps, activity or texts. I would NOT recommend the luxe unless you’re primarily after a pedometer where it seems to do okay) but so does my phone and it measures floors too. The daily readiness stopped working months before and customer service wasn’t able to fix it so I ditched the premium I was paying for. Overall I give the luxe 1 star.

I believe heart rate alerts only occur during exercises @Bubb2000 and defaulted to off. 

Choose the exercise, then swipe up for options, choose options, swipe down and tap start.
