So today I was watching TV with my son and my watch went off for active minutes. My hr was showing 205, I couldn't get it to come down. I even took it off my and put it on my son and it came down to 130. After a lil bit like 5 minutes it went back to my normal 70s. I have severe health anxiety. Can someone please tell me this is just a glitch and it's happened to you. Afterwards I reset the fitbit. But still...
