My Fitbit has my heart rate zones set as follows:
• 107 - 125: Fat burn
• 125 - 147: Cardio
• 147 +: Peak
At those settings, it says that I had 1,075 Active Zone minutes last week and there is no way that can be accurate for a chubby 59-year-old woman with an exercise bicycle. How can I find out what fat burn, cardio, and peak settings are appropriate for me?

It tells me I have activity at times I have been sitting down. Huh?

Ha ha! And I apparently get into the "fat burn" zone when I get up to use the restroom.
