Luxe heart rate zones

Hi,

 

does anyone know if the luxe measures heart rates and zones differently?

Ever since changing from my old Fitbit to luxe my total in zone time has drastically changed.

On average I used to be around 150 hours in zone. Now since changing it dropped to 18 hours for the whole of February. Nothing in my lifestyle has changed (same desk job, same toddler etc.) any suggestions?

If you had a Fitbit older than Luxe, yes, big changes.

From What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device?

So now you are tracking Zone Minutes instead of Active Minutes, and the formula for how your heart rate zones are calculated has changed.  Most people find it harder to reach the reach the new heart rate zones, but the default goals are lower.

If you tap on the Zone Minutes circle on phone app, you can see the ranges for your heart rate zones.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
