Luxe home screen won't open unless I tap the face several times.

Hi there, @SRHUTCHINS. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe screen isn't working properly. I'll be glad to help you with this.
Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I have had a similar issue but my Luxe just shuts down in the middle of a workout etc. Then when I put in on charge the logo and the screen comes back immediately, as there is plenty of charge, but all of my exercise data is lost. Customer service tried to help but keep telling me how to charge the Luxe. That’s not my issue!

Same. My Luxe completely quit last night at 3:46 a.m. Was fully charged. This has happened about once a week for last month or so. Also I always have to tap it awake constantly.
