Hi, my fitbit luxe has quite randomly gotten stuck on GMT and refuses to sync to my phone/app.
I have tried all the troubleshooting steps on Google and on this site, not limited to changing time zones (phone and app), automatic and non-automatic timezone selection, force-quit of app, restarting both luxe and phone, pairing the device again, switching off bluetooth, logging out of the app.
Any other ideas? Thanks in advance

After I charged my Luxe, the hour has gone four hours behind. I’ve gone through all the tips and tricks with respect to turning on/off the automatic time zone, trying to choose a different time zone, trying to reboot the Fitbit, installing the update,. Nothing works. The Fitbit and the app are Synced because it is capturing all of my data from today. It’s just the time on the actual watch that is wrong.

Hi. Same here. I’ve tried many Asia time zones. They all default to GMT +0. I think there’s something wrong with the underlying data. I ended up finding a 12 hour away time zone that worked, since I use a 12 hr clock face, it doesn’t matter, but my sleep data will now be wonky until the company fixes this bug.

Same issue! Really annoyed that none of the typical hacks have worked

Sounds like a systemic issue for a number of users. I hope Fitbit is onto it

Hi,
I have tried this and all the other recommendations and it's still not syncing. What else can be done?

Hi Chris,
I have tried all of the remedies and my fitbit still will not sync with my phone. Seems to be stuck on US time and I'm in Australia. Has this been made obsolete? Is Fitbit once again trying to force us to buy a new product?

My Luxe is no longer syncing without me restarting my phone. This is a new problem. It's very inconvenient especially since I lose all of my notifications when I have restart my phone every day.
It seems like this is an app issue since so many of us are suddenly having this issue and we've tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions.
