Luxe hourly steps don't match with Fitbit app

Today I have recorded 8 consecutive hours of daily step goals on my Luxe watch but only 3 hours are showing on the app. All other data corresponds. Any ideas?

Hi @Canny  I've had that happen before with my Luxe. Usually telling the app to sync now works or just reboot your phone. Let us know what happens.

Thanks for your suggestions. I tried both without success. Also restarted watch and reinstalled the app but there is still a discrepancy. Baffling considering all other data synced!

It's Samsung Galaxy 8 - Android

This is the first time. I think it may be to do with charging it as I charged it for about 40 mins and the hourly step data after that failed to record on app.

Keep an eye on it and see what tomorrow brings. I know it's not going to help much for today, but maybe those missing hours will show up tomorrow.
