The main screen on my Luxe keeps flipping through all the icons at a rapid and erratic pace, and the DND mode keeps trying to turn off and on. Is there any way I can stop this? I turned bluetooth off on my phone as I saw that might be one solution, but that just made everything go even crazier. Just bought this device last week. Any help would be welcome.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Luxe. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.
I would recommend restarting your Tracker by following these steps.
In addition, you can try to change the clock face of your Luxe.
