Hello @Kimberlee68 and welcome to the Help forum. Can you please rephrase your question? I don't understand what you mean by adding users. The Luxe is on your account. You are the user. Are you asking about finding friends?

If you are asking about adding friends, this is done through the fitbit app.
How do I connect with friends on Fitbit?
Let us know if you receive any error messages, and at which step.
As for your tracker, it can only be connected to one user at a time.

What friends are you wanting to add?
Or you requesting to be friends, or accepting requests?
Facebook friends?
Friends in your contacts?
Are you adding by putting in your friends e-mail address?
Or adding with your friends fitbit user name?
Or requesting friends from your friends profile page?
When you try to add, what happens?
Do you get any error messages?
Is this through your phones fitbit app? You can not do this thorough the Luxe.

I am having the same problem as OP, and I don't see any of the options shown in your screenshot. I see know option to search by Facebook - just user name, email, and my contacts. When I search by user name, I get an error message saying no user by that name can be found. Help, please? Thanks!

Are you searching by their Fitbit name, and not their community name?
Have you asked your friend to send a link to their profile, or send your friend a link to your profile.
