I use my Fitbit exclusively to track my sleep. However every day it seems to log my sleep until I actually get out of bed or open the Fitbit app, as opposed to when I actually wake up. For example today, I've been up since 4:00am but lying in bed trying to fall back asleep or working on my phone. Then I open the app at 6:20am and it shows my sleep duration until 6:20am with many "awake" and "light sleep" bands. I then have to go in an edit my sleep end time. This happens every day. Does anyone else have this issue?

Hi there, @GiaMadi6. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is not tracking your sleep data accurately.
I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they've already assisted you. If the steps that our team has provided did not work, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance. Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly.
Thanks in advance!
