There are some sections like zone mins, sleep and battery that aren’t updating on the app. I restarted the device, phone, Bluetooth off and on, uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Nothing worked! Been happening for over a month on a 3 month old Fitbit!

My Luxe is now 9 months old and isn’t synching for the last 3 weeks. The time is now 20 min slow too. Not happy!

I am experiencing similar issues in the last two weeks. No matter what I do, my luxe won’t sync without me disconnecting and reconnecting from bluetoooth. This is so disappointing. Fitbit please advise of a fix that is not already listed in the troubleshooting manual.
