Luxe is not syncing all my data to the Fitbit app

My fitbit is working well and I can see my step count however, the steps do not show on he app on my phone. It shows that it is synching when I swipe and then has the checkmark for complete but the synch stays at 74%. What should I do please? Thanks in advance.

Hi @Leslie_CO I would suggest you try two things. First Restart your Tracker  , and then uninstall your appointment your phone and then reinstall it and log back in and sync again. Hopefully that will fix it.
