Luxe is not tracking my AZM accurately

I just bought a new Luxe and previously had Alta HR. Is there a new formula for exercise intensity? My usual level of activity (as indicated on my previous device) that evaluated my routine exercise level as being in cardio zone or peak is now below zone or fat burning. I didn't get younger! - this is not a positive development!

The Luxe uses Active Zone Minutes whereas the Alta used Active Minutes. With this change came a change in the way zones are calculated with the Luxe taking into account your fitness level. Many of us found that getting into the zones became harder with this change. There is a good help file that explains the differences and shows the calculations used:
