Luxe is not tracking my AZM nor my heart rate

My Luxe gave me no Health Metrics this morning. No heart rate is showing.  I did 45 minutes of Elliptical at a good pace and no active minutes. Exercise minutes counted as did calories burned and over 10,000 steps. I have restarted Luxe and still not recording. Is it my 4 month old Luxe or a problem with Fitbit app?

User error perhaps.  I inadvertently shut off Heart Rate when I was trying to set an alarm last night.  Back on and we’ll see if that fixed the issue.  Thanks to Fitbit Chat.
